How does it work?
Subscribe, access your Trello board, start submitting requests, which we deliver one at a time, 3-5 working days later depending on scope.
Why not just hire a designer fulltime?
Sure you can, but you may not always have enough work for them, so they may cost you more. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume when you have work.
Is it really unlimited requests?
Sure, once you’ve subscribed, you can queue as many designs as you like, delivered one at a time.
It is really within 3 working days?
Most design requests are sent back to you within 3 days, however bigger requests will take longer.
Who will I be working with?
You will be working with me, the owner and founder. Not a team of faceless designers. Custom projects will require additional team members.
How can I pause the subscription exactly?
Workloads vary. Some months, you may have fewer requests than others. Then, it’s handy to pause the request instead of cancelling it.
The month consists of 22 business days.
Once you pay for the month, let’s say you pause it on day 15, then still have 7 business days left to use in future.
What software do you use?
I use Adobe CC. Files are delivered in the format you want: PDF, jpg, png, svg, webp.
How do I send in a request?
Trello is very flexible, as long as you can get it linked in there, it works. It’s a very straightforward interface. You can see requests, work in progress, under review and completed all on your workspace.
What if I want changes to the design?
All good – you get unlimited changes until you are happy.
What is included in the design as a service subscription?
Logos, one-page layouts, spreads, flyers, landing pages, infographics, podcast and social media graphics, presentation templates with fonts, source files, animations and transitions, social media animations, thumbnails, labels and stickers. Talk to us about our design solutions.
What is not included?
The subscription doesn’t include 3d design, animations, 10p+ editorial design, intricate packaging, book design, digital painting and illustration, html, CSS, UX/UI design, app design, video editing, promo videos, explainer videos, transcribing, storyboards, video work or marketing strategy.

What if I only have one design for you?
Then you pause the subscription until next time! No need to cancel, just unpause when you are ready.
Do you offer refunds?
We work on the design until you are happy, so no refunds are not necessary.
How do you manage the workflow?
I only take on a few clients at a time – only taking in a new client when a slot opens. So rest assured, I won’t be rushing your designs. You get quality every time.
What needs to be included in a “design request”?
Describe the design you need in as much detail as possible. Link any pics, inspiration, text you want us to use. The more detail, the better the outcome.
What if I dont like the design?
We keep going till you’re happy. No arbitrary “rounds of changes” – you ask for a design, we give you a design until you approve it.

What is a request?
One design at a time. A logo concept is a design, a double page spread is a design. A webpage is a design. A social media post is a design.
How long does it take to get the changes back?
This depends on the scope. Quick changes are fulfilled within 24hrs. If the changes are more complex or require a complete redesign, the standard 3-5 days turnaround time applies.
How many designs can I get in a month?
It depends entirely on the scope of the project and your responsiveness to questions and feedback. We work fast, so if you meet us halfway, we get your stuff done quick.
Why just one person?
One person keeps it simple. If the design quality is the same, or better, why not? More people mean more overheads, meaning designers get paid less, for more work. If you’re not happy, cancel anytime. In our experience, a bigger team doesn’t always equal better design.
What if I pause, how do I know how much time is left?
One business day is one unit. If you start the day that day is taken. One day can mean 8 hours of changes.
